GUIDELINES FOR TRADE STANDS

1. Please read all terms and conditions in detail
2. Submission of application does not ensure trade stand space
3. No allocation will be given without Insurance confirmation
4. Applications will only be considered with a fully completed form, proof of insurance , acceptance of terms & conditions and receipt of full payment
5. In the event that your application is not successful your payment will be returned but refunds for any other reason will not be considered

Indoor Stands - Marquee on tarmac area

Craft & Information and Food Hall

 Basic 3m x 3m, £60 + VAT @ 20%

Outdoor Stands – tarmac or grass surface

Agricultural Zone, Car Zone – tarmac surface

Standard 5m x 3m, £60 +VAT@20%

Double Standard 5m x 6m. 120+ VAT @ 20%

Super 5m x 5m, £100 + VAT@20%

Double Super 10m x 5m. £200 + VAT@20%

Equestrian Zones, Pet Zone, General Zone – grass areas

Standard 5m x 3m, £60 + VAT@ 20%

Double Standard 10m x 3m +VAT @ 20%

Guidelines for allocation of free passes for Trade Spaces

1 Basic Trade space – 2 passes

1 Standard Trade Space – 3 passes

1 Double Standard Trade Space – 6 passes

1 Super Trade Space - 4 passes

1 Double Super Trade Space – 8 passes

Exhibitors unable to present a pass must pay admission fee

Reduced price passes for exhibitors are available if required

Product & Service Details

Please give an outline of products/services being sold or demonstrated at your trade stand. Only goods specified in this section will be allowed to be sold at the Show. Trading and selling of goods that may cause harm is strictly forbidden, e.g. pellet guns, knives.

Due to catering agreements no food for immediate consumption can be sold – sampling only allowed.

Business Listing

Each exhibitor is entitled to a free listing on our Show website.

Structure & Equipment Details

Please give a brief outline of your stand structure and equipment being used on your trade stand e.g. van with awning, tables, chairs, silent generator, and ensure that all is suitable for your stand size.

Please note that no tables or chairs will be provided by the Show

Power Requirements (if needed)

Power can be supplied to indoor stands and some outdoor stands in the Machinery and Car Zone.

Power supply will be a 240V outlet with a 16amp plug.

Insurance Details

No application will be considered without a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Employee Insurance Certificate (if required)

Payment Details

Applications cannot be processed until full payment has been received. Payment does not guarantee an allocation of space. Payment will be with credit/debit card with on-line application
