The exhibitor need not necessarily grow flowers. Only natural material and foliage may be used in this section, except where otherwise stated. Exhibits may not exceed the dimensions given, but may be smaller and except where specified, they may be of any height or depth. Accessories are anything other than plant material used as part of the exhibit, except bases, containers and drapes. Driftwood is not an accessory. Where possible it would be appreciated if accessories were secured to the exhibit
